Delivery & returns

You are welcome to return our purchased goods bought online. They will be fully refunded if they are returned within 14 days from the day you got the package. Return expenses will not be refunded. The goods can also be returned in our store in Copenhagen where the staff will make sure you will get a refund, or exchange into the right size if necessary.

To be qualified for a full refund, the products must be in original condition. Not used, with all labels and hangtags intact. Please use the return form included in the shipment so we can make sure to refund you correctly and we can track your order.

Please send it directly to the store since we are not able to pick shipments up at parcel shops.

Please allow 10 working days to handle toe return before the refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase.

Ivan Grundahl do not hold any responsibilities for packages lost in transit. Please keep the needed documentation from postal/parcel services until the handling of your refund has come to a closure.  
Unfortunately we are not capable to exchange. We kindly ask you to reorder.

Warranty claims

If your Ivan Grundahl product should break because of wrong production or material, it comes with a 2-year warranty against faults. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular or daily use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact our customer service, who will review your case. Please include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a description of the claim.

If the product is damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible, with needed information, like photos and description of damage. We might need the product back, then the shipping expenses will be covered from Ivan Grundahl.

If the damage is accepted, we will try to repair the product or alternative replace it with a new product.
